I first entered this program without necessarily needing to lose a great amount of weight, but wanting to use an alternative to dieting which doesn’t necessarily work well with my ways and beliefs.
The power of the mind was much more intriguing to me.
I kept an open mind and started the 4 sessions with optimism. Peter explained the importance of recording your thought patterns at the point of eating. I was given a cd to listen to each day (crucial to the success of the program, a daily affirmation) strengthening the mind. On each reflection of the previous week it became apparent that in order to stop the unnecessary eating, you need to release the emotional connection and events in our lives that triggered those attachments to the food habits we have........fascinating!!!
This was NOT a therapy session, or a wound sharing experience, more a surprise and a positive lesson in living in the present and letting go of attachments we didn’t realize we had and cutting them free. It was quite liberating in that way.
Once you ‘cottoned on’ to the principles, and as I said earlier keep listening to the cd each day, the weight just fell off. I naturally didn’t want to eat so much....didn’t need so much......didn’t feel so hungry for no reason.
I thought Hypnosis would be a little scary, a treatment that I may not feel in control of, or not recall the sessions I was in. Nothing was further from this. I was very relaxed, it was more like a meditation, a journey.
We have the fabulous power of our mind to make things possible in our lives. Peter helped me to identify this and uses Hypnotherapy as a successful tool to strengthen our mind and achieve our goals. We just need to recognize and exercise this.
I thank Peter for the help he gave, and endeavour to continue stretching my mind....

Weak and wobbly and not sure why
"I went to see Peter as I had been waking up feeling fine, but about 11am to 12 o'clock started to feel very weak as if I was getting over flu. This had been going on for some months and was getting worse.
After asking a few questions peter realised that this was being caused by my deceased sister who was concerned for me and whilst trying to help me was unconsciously passing on her memories of how she last felt when alive.
